Refund policy

Every print from High Desert Print Shop is made to order just for you. Because each piece is custom printed at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us at highdesertprintshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out and we will work with our print partner to resolve the issue — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.

Color Accuracy

Please note that colors may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the finished print due to differences in monitors and printing processes. This is not considered a defect.
